Seen today in Kyoto. It is still a non-stop. Yesterday, besides taking buses we did around 20 km on foot. On the picture, young Japanese students visiting one of the Kyoto temples. Gorgeous aren’t they? It seems it is time for a spring break at school. You can see young people everywhere. Usually, they are wearing their school uniforms. This group was an exception.

… a couple of hours later: Kinkaku-ji, Temple of the Golden Pavilion, a Zen Buddhist temple in Kyoto. You’re allowed to the premises only up to 16:50 local time. You can stay till 17:00, with some short excess. We arrived at 16:43. But what a view.

A small hint for all of those who want to visit Japan: it seems that many premises close at a quite early hour. So check it before you go. What is more, check your bus or train connection schedule. Buses may finish their itinerary around 17.00 or 18.00.
